Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking. If you are booking a few weeks in advance, you can choose to pay one week before your consultation date.

Paying a booking fee at the time of booking, with the remaining payment made at the time of the consultation, can also be arranged if needed.

The Policy

1. Booking fees are typically 60% of the total and are non-refundable, as chart and report work may be carried out once a booking is made.

2. The remainder of the cost for the consultation is refundable up until one week before the consultation in the event of cancellation, but is no longer available after this date.

3. Within one week of a consultation, the full cost is then non-refundable.
