Consultation and booking fees are payable at the time of booking.
Paying a booking fee at the time of booking and then the remainder at the time of the consultation can also be arranged.
The Policy
1. Booking fees are typically 60% of the total and are non-refundable, as chart and report work may be carried out once a booking is made.
2. The remainder of the cost for the consultation is refundable up until one week prior to the consultation in the event of cancellation.
3. Within one week of a consultation, the full cost is then non-refundable.
