A Mystic Full Moon in Cancer on Monday 13th January

The Full Moon in Cancer on Monday the 13th January will carry a very potent mix of energies, with many themes both incoming and leaving, creating a portal not very much unlike an eclipse portal. This is because the nodal axis will be activated by the Sun, Moon, Mars, Uranus Neptune and Pluto, promising many changes for us all with opportunities for deep, emotional transformations relating to the past (Pluto in trine to the SN) that will also serve us well over the coming 18 months as the nodes travel through the Pisces/ Virgo axis.

Fresh opportunities presenting new and updated ways to live our lives now and in the future will also be presented, that are more suited to our positive emotional growth and spiritual advancement, promised with Uranus in sextile to the Moon, which trines the NN. A lot will be captured with some relative ease of flow, at the very least compared with December’s lunar cycle, which was incredibly tough and fraught with friction. This time, there could very well be a great amount of compassion with perhaps even some long-awaited forgiveness. With Neptune on the North Node trining the Moon, there could also be some global events relating to some much-needed forgiveness and a final sake of ‘live and let live’ in many cases, so to speak.

Whilst Venus applying to Saturn promises extra responsibilities with added stability where love and finances are concerned, their square to Jupiter also promises continued growth, luck and expansion that will rely on the aforementioned changes taking place during the weeks before and after the coming Full Moon.

There’s a mystic rectangle also appearing amongst the planets this coming Monday between Mars, Neptune, Pluto and the nodal axis, indicating balance, harmony and the larger themes in life being dealt with through a much greater sense of consciousness. However, with Mars still retrograde in Cancer, the current direction may still be focussed on rehashing and re-evaluating emotional or familial/ sentimental circumstances from the past.

Wishing you all the very best and good times for the Full Moon period.

It’s a Full Moon in Libra on Sunday!

There’s a Full Moon in Libra this Sunday, 28th March, at 7:48 pm in the UK.

The Full Moon in Libra will be forming a nice grand air trine with Saturn in Aquarius and a Mars – North Node conjunction in Gemini. This then forms a kite pattern when the South Node is also taken into account here. In fact, it forms two; one with South Node at the apex and the other with the Sun at the apex. So when we look at these in terms of focal points, it could mean that we’re feeling driven right now to go ahead and put the things into motion that have been mulling around in our heads over the past few months or even longer. There might be a range of different things and these might be things that a very air element things to do such as writing, talking, socialising, networking, sharing ideas and following ambitions etc. Anything shared with an audience or groups of people are air sign things to do. We may find we are stepping into these things almost instinctively while seeking emotional balance with the Moon in Libra as part of this configuration. With the Sun also at an apex position in almost exact conjunctions with Venus and Chiron, we may also feel compelled to fall into an act now, think later kind of mode and this also shows that a) we can be warriors of compassion and support for one another, especially where romance is concerned and b) this can be used to fuel our passion in our artistic and creative endeavours.

The New Moon in Leo Tomorrow, 1st August 2019

After the eventfulness and intensity we’ve just experienced with our two eclipses in July in Cancer and Capricorn, I’m sure many of you will welcome the energy of tomorrow’s New Moon in Leo, like me.

At 8° it will conjoin Venus so you can expect a lovely boost of creative, fun and confident energies in the area of life represented by the house this New Moon falls in for you.

You may find yourself starting something fresh or you may find that you begin looking at something else you’ve been doing in a new light, so that your new perspective brings you lots more possibilities and ways to improve.

Mercury is stationing direct in Cancer too tomorrow and is close to the North Node while opposing Pluto, which emphasises potential for change, especially all things Mercury related (the mind, communication, your voice), so make it count. 🙂 Set good intentions, stay positive and blessings to you all.

Tips for making the most out of the coming Full Moon

There’s a Full Moon next Saturday, the 22nd December, exacting at around 5:48pm in the UK.

Again, just like last month, the Full Moon will be at that all-important critical degree (00°), but this time it will be in the cardinal sign, Cancer. As in their cardinal modalities, the four cardinal signs, Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn, are all about leadership, movement and initiating, just as they each represent the start of a new season (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, respectively). As the critical 00° degree of any sign is also about beginnings, initiation and fresh starts, here is what an Astrologer might call a double whammy in indication of such things, or a double strength in likelihood of them being what this period of time could be about for many of us, most especially for those of us whose personal planets closely aspect the Sun or the Moon on the 22nd December this year. Highlights forecast for this New Moon period and the fortnight ahead.

Tomorrow, we will have the first New or Full Moon to occur since good old, friendly Jupiter entered Scorpio last Tuesday, so this might be great for all water signs, especially for Scorpio, with Jupiter conjoining the New Moon in late Libra, Mercury in Scorpio and the Vertex point, also in Scorpio.
