The Full Moon in Aquarius will be at 1°26’ of Aquarius with the Sun in domicile in Leo bringing us all of those creative and fiery energies of the sign represented by the Lion.
This Full Moon is along the Aquarius/ Leo axis, so our collective values are highlighted at this time along with our social personas and where we all stand within our greater society.
July’s Buck Moon
July’s Full Moon is also known as a Buck Moon by native Americans. The Buck is another name for certain types of horned mammals suck as deer and antelopes, which is where the naming of the Full Moon comes from. The buck is symbolic of fertility and spirit messengers who come to offer peace.
Venus in Virgo opposes Jupiter in Pisces
Venus, while in fall in Virgo will oppose Jupiter, who is in domicile in Pisces. While this is signature makes for great energies for social events, there may need to be some re-thinking of philosophies made or decisions set forward when it comes to plans with friends, romances or artistic pursuits. It’s probably best to try to remain positive about this while focussing on the bigger picture, because Venus in Virgo may not favour any type of nit-picking or detail-oriented pursuits. Venus herself is all about enjoying the process as much as we can!
Saturn in Aquarius trines the North Node in Gemini
Saturn’s energies will receive a strengthening boost during this coming Full Moon period as he will be trining the Moon’s North Node. Saturn is also retrograde and has been since the 24th of May, so themes relating to the Saturn retrograde will come into our awareness during this time. With Saturn in Aquarius, which new territories are we heading into as a society? Now it is a time for us to think about the future, the expectations we have put on ourselves as a society, how we are going to go ahead with these and where we want to be in a few year’s time from now. It is also a great time to work on ourselves while reviewing ways in which we can live more authentically and freely.
